The towels are lukewarm at bestThe product is easy to install with a high-grade looking. It works perfectly, and dry towels fast. The shipping is fast, and I would recommend it.I had this product professionally installed. I’ve written in online for assistance but no help. Towels are simply not warming. I was very excited to find this online as my previous towel warmers were bucket style but really really worked. I was going for the look which is great but the product itself is not doing its job. Towels are simply not warming/hot.This is not what you want. Buy cheap, get cheap.This is not programmable. There are no instructions included.There is a 2"x2" power controller. There is a 1/2" hole it must fit through. Tell me how this works?It is heating now. I will manually unplug it when not needed.Buy something else if you want to avoid frustration.It looks great and was not hard to install. In my opinion they give just the right amount of heat to warm the towels. Besides, I love this modern and industrial design.
