I recently moved into an RV full time and I purchased this so I wouldn't go through so much propane to run the heater. It has worked well. It gets very warm and it seems pretty efficient. I can run it on high all night and it will use about a half a tank of fuel (about 1 gallon) If I run it on its lowest setting, it will only use about 1/4 of a gallon. By default, the heater level is measured by Hz on the controller. It ranges from 1.7(low) to 5.4(highest). I have noticed if I try to run it in the 2.1-2.6 range, it will flame out after a bit and give an error message. I know there are ways to go into advanced settings to make adjustments and I've heard of people re-tuning them for more efficiency but I haven't gotten that far with it yet. For my needs, it has served me well. Installation was not too difficult. Just had to drill a few holes and connect everything as it shows. If you have trouble, there are lots of youtube videos that can help.
