This diesel engine heater arrived intact and in new condition inside a generic box. The instruction booklet was a bit mind numbing, but which ones aren't? One of the things they note in the instructions is to make sure this unit is mounted at a certain angle and where it can vent properly. But did not find them sufficient for installation. So, I would recommend this for those who already know how to install thing like this.
