This document scanner will be used for our LLC and so far the quality and easy of use has been amazing.My scanner arrived on time and in good condition. It scans very fast and so portable and light. Quality of scanned documents are on point and good value for money. No problem connecting and once the app was downloaded you can scan immediately.This is a great portable scanner, and a great deal for the money. I have 4 of them.1. A bit tricky getting Raven desktop to download onto my lap top, but Raven support was excellent. very helpful friendly and patient staff. They followed up with emails and ticket numbers. First rate service!!!2. once set up scanners performs accurately, quickly and clear quality scans. If have to scan about 1400 ID cards in the field every year. I can now just plug it into my lap top and every scan comes quickly into the Raven cloud through the laptops wifi.I am one happy customer.If you are looking for fancy features and doodads this model is not for you. It does what it does very well.Easy set up, easy use, easy read instructions. And it scans quicky. Has a great pic qualityGreat took it out of the box followed simple directions and it was up and operatingReally compact. I like that the top pops open for easy jam removal and easy cleaning. Love the fact that I don't need batteries.
